Dr. Abhilash somasundaran is adept professional neurologist dedicated to exemplary patient outcomes. He is well versed in all latest neurological techniques including nerve conduction studies, electromyography, digital subtraction angiography, mechanical thrombectomy, carotid stenting, intracranial stenting, coiling complicated intracranial aneurysms and dural av fistulas.
Experience
He completed his MBBS from Government Medical college, Thrissur.DM in Neurology from the country's prestigious Institute of Madras Medical college.
He was trained in Interventional Neurology under the mentorship of Dr Shakir Husain at EMS Memorial co-operative hospital, Perinthalmanna.
He has also acquired DRNB in Neurology from the National Board of examinations and MRCP from the Royal college of Physicians, London.
He was awarded first prize for best scientific paper in the Association of Physicians of India, Kerala chapter. Currently he is also a visiting consultant at Baby memorial hospital, Calicut.
