She further strengthened her qualifications by earning a DNB (General Surgery) from the National Board of Examinations, New Delhi.

She has served as a Consultant General Surgeon at Thrissur Medical College for six months and has also worked as a Consultant General Surgeon at Azeezia Hospital, Palakkad. In these roles, she provided high-quality, patient-centered surgical care.
